About
Polished outside.
Honest inside.

For years I looked like I had it all figured out — the career, the heels, the makeup. Inside, it was chaos: lost keys, burnout, and a quiet sense of failing at things that seemed easy for everyone else.
At 36 I was diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly my whole life made sense. What looked like a lack of discipline was a neurodivergent mind working without the right support.
Today I write and speak about masking, mental health and the pressure women carry in silence — with honesty, humour and a lot of grace. I studied writing at SA Writers College, and my debut memoir, She's a Hot Mess, launched at The Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town in June 2026.
